UNIVERSTY of MARY - HARDIN BAYLOR, BELTON, TEXAS
The day after our concert in W. W. Walton Chapel, Nexus participated in a day of percussion featuring local high school and college percussion students. We were fortunate that our master class was with a large group of very fine players. Tom Burritt from the University of Texas at Austin was a visiting clinician and brought one of his students who performed during the afternoon.
". . . What a wonderful group of guys. They gave one of the best concerts I have been to in a long time. . . . So many students made wonderful comments on how they were inspired by the concert and Master Class. They have not stopped talking about the experience. . . Thanks so much for bringing this incredible musical experience to our university."
